The alloy features good biocompatibility and excellent properties. Compared with Grade 5 titanium, Grade 23 has a particularly high purity. The interstitial elements are reduced, thereby improving both the fracture toughness and the ductility of the material. The alloy also has a low intrinsic weight. Das garantiert h\u00f6chste Reinheit. Wir verwenden Titan Grade 4 und 23. Letzterer entspricht Grade 5, ist aber speziell f\u00fcr h\u00f6here Anforderungen, wie sie in der Medizintechnik auftreten, geeignet. So \u00fcberzeugt die Legierung mit ihrer guten Biokompatibilit\u00e4t und bringt ausgezeichnete Eigenschaften mit. Verglichen mit Titan Grade 5, besitzt Grade 23 eine besonders hohe Reinheit. Die interstitiellen Elemente sind reduziert \u2013 das verbessert sowohl die Bruchz\u00e4higkeit als auch die Duktilit\u00e4t des Materials. Zudem hat die Legierung ein geringes Eigengewicht. Sie ist damit optimal geeignet f\u00fcr chirurgische Implantate oder kieferorthop\u00e4dische Ger\u00e4te.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00dcbrigens: Die Qualifizierung unserer Druckparameter f\u00fcr Titan Grade 4 ist nicht selbstverst\u00e4ndlich und in der Branche keineswegs \u00fcblich!
