Apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator<\/h2>\n

Since 2008, we have been offering an apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator in Hirschberg. A three and a half year apprenticeship is required to become a machinist. During this time, you will learn all the important theoretical and practical basics. You will be closely supported by us, especially during the practical part: Under the guidance of our experienced specialists, you will become familiar with the operation of CNC lathes and milling machines, the creation of the associated programs, and the production of precise (micro) components.<\/p>\n

You will learn the relevant theory at our cooperation school in Sinsheim as well as directly at our company. As of 2024, we have permanent premises, including technical equipment. This will enable you to combine theory and practice even better and prepare you in the best possible way for your professional career as a machinist.<\/p>\n

Your Working Environment during and after Your Apprenticeship:<\/b><\/h2>\n

As a machinist, you will work in production halls. In order to ensure that machine noise, metal dust, and shavings don\u2019t take the fun out of your work, you are required to wear protective clothing such as safety goggles, work gloves, and hearing protection depending on the respective task.<\/p>\n

In this apprenticeship, accuracy and precision are important \u2013 not only so that the components fit together afterwards but also for your own safety.<\/p>\n

Following precise consultation, you will work independently and intently on our machines. You should be able to stand for long periods.<\/p>\n

The daily routine of a cutting machine operator includes cleaning and maintaining the machines.<\/p>\n
