The merger of the three sister companies enables us to realize all processes even more efficiently while maintaining the same high quality and offering all products and services from a single source in the future.
Shareholder change: CPM Precision becomes part of Halder GmbH
With the departure of our founder Claus-Peter Maier, Halder acquires a majority stake in the CPM Group. This strategic merger enables CPM Precision to continue to grow in the future with a strong, experienced partner.

In the meantime, the company develops into an expanding, medium-sized enterprise with approx. 30 employees and an enormous expansion of the entire machine park.
Foundation of the sister company “Nanolize GmbH” and internal portfolio expansion
The company develops from a pure supplier to a system provider: Establishment of an internal development department, expansion of the finishing process of raw parts through etched surfaces and sterile packaging in Nanolize, everything is possible now.

Relocation to Hirschberg
The first employees and additional machines lead to the relocation and construction of a company headquarters including a production hall in Hirschberg an der Bergstraße.

Master craftsman Claus-Peter Maier starts with a CNC sliding headstock lathe in a small production hall in Ober-Abtsteinach (Odenwald), laying the foundation for the CPM Precision success story.
