You don’t necessarily need to have 20 years of professional experience to work for CPM Precision. But you will have to convince us of your specialized knowledge and personality.
We transfer responsibility to you
After an intensive induction period, you will be assigned fixed areas of responsibility. You will never be left completely on your own but rather receive the support you need from your manager and team members.

We have been cooperating with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University since 2017. CPM Precision now also provides apprenticeships for dual students in business administration. You are welcome to apply if you are looking for a company to supervise your dual study program.
Are you currently studying and looking for an internship? Or would you like to start as a working student? Then send us your application documents stating your degree program and desired field of activity.
We also supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates with their final theses. If you already have a specific topic suggestion or would like to exchange ideas with us, please feel free to get in touch with us.
Are you looking for an apprenticeship? With us, you can choose between a technical apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator and a commercial apprenticeship.
