Girls‘ Day 2025: Supporting Future Talent Through Firsthand Technology Experience
On April 3, CPM Precision will once again open its doors to young talents: As part of Girls’ Day 2025, we are offering girls the opportunity to explore the exciting profession of machining technician and immerse themselves in the world of medical technology for one day.
One of the greatest challenges facing the industry continues to be the shortage of skilled workers. Technical professions, especially, are still largely male-dominated, even though many young women show great potential in precision engineering and manufacturing. With our participation in Girls’ Day, we aim to make technical professions more tangible for girls and open up new perspectives for them.
A Look Behind the Scenes of Medical Component Manufacturing
The participants will take part in a hands-on program, experiencing the complete manufacturing process of a component and exploring the various production steps – from CNC turning and laser marking to quality control and packaging.
Another highlight is 3-D printing, which is playing an increasingly important role in modern manufacturing. The day will be rounded off with a tour of our company and a shared lunch with our specialists.
